Where we ship

MYI Eye Patches ships within the United States only. For orders outside the US, please order through our parent company, The Fresnel Prism & Lens Company.

Processing time

Orders placed by 3:00 pm Central, Monday–Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm ship the next business day. Shipping times for orders placed on weekends and holidays may vary.

Delivery times are estimates from USPS and begin once your order ships.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
